SONOFET offers a comprehensive collection service in skips or big bags for recycling polypropylene or polyethylene waste (PP, PE, PS, PA, ASA, ABS…).
They are collected from suppliers of various sizes before arriving at our plants. The material must be pre-sorted according to quality, grade and type.<\/p>\n

Grinding and separation<\/h1>\n

The first stage of processing involves crushing and shredding the parts to homogenize their preparation.
Then, depending on the moisture content, the material to be processed (ground or densified). The resulting flakes are fed into granulators, which transform them into pellets after degassing and filtering to remove residual moisture and impurities.<\/p>\n
